What

SetSail worked with JF Studio for an extended period to support with their marketing needs up until they got acquired by a larger player. Together, we worked on things such as:

• SEO optimization: Overtime we carefully re-made, improved, and reworked the entire website structure to enable better SEO performance.
• Campaign landing pages: A core focus during our time together was to enable rapid execution of landing pages for various events, social media campaigns, and product launches.
• Conversion rate optimization: We continously worked together to improve conversion rates for both short-lived campaign pages as well as static pages like the homepage.

Why

Being an industry leading SaaS platform for sales team to win more deals, they needed to stay always be ahead of their competitors to not fall behind. This is often easier said than done as it can get overwhelming trying to everything internally and very expensive when outsourcing everything. That's why SetSail decided to work with the team at JF Studio.

How

• ‍Fast turnarounds: Launching a new campaign landing page generally included two steps; design and development. Due to the 1-year long working relationship SetSail had full trust in JF Studio to craft page designs that take into account CRO, SEO, and brand direction which enabled us to move fast. We crafted stunning pages, they approve, and as couple days later the page was published live on the SetSail website.
• Simple processes: While we do believe that processes have their place, unfortunately many times they slow down more than they speed up work. This is why we keep the chain of command short and without any unnecessary back-and-forth.
• Collaborative nature: All communication took place directly in Slack with occasional notes on design feedback in Figma. This lowers the "barrier to contact" and is something we value deeply at JF Studio.
